Order confirmation - When you have successfully placed your order, you will be sent an email to confirm your order. Payment: Credit Cards: Noisy Dog Studio accepts: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Check/Money order: We accept check and money orders made payable to Noisy Dog Studio. There will be a 7 business day waiting period for your check to clear before your order will be shipped. Sales tax: All sales shipped within Washington state will be charged 8.4% sales tax on the total amount. Orders shipped out-of-state are not assessed sales tax. Shipping - United States: All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. We will notify you via email to let you know when your order will be shipped. You will receive an email to confirm shipment along with your delivery confirmation tracking number.
Shipping - Canada: All international orders are required by the USPS to identify the contents and value of your order. Noisy Dog Studio will not lie on customs forms. Noisy Dog Studio is not responsible for any shipping delays or taxes imposed on the recipient. Payments for international orders are accepted by Paypal or money orders in US dollars only.
International (non-domestic) shipping: We will ship to any country that USPS Global Priority Mail delivers. However, there are additional fees for this service. Please contact us via email, prior to ordering if you wish to have items shipped outside of the United States. Be sure to include the item(s) you wish to order, country to be shipped and postal code so that we can determine the shipping cost and delivery time. Returns and Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is very important to us. As long as the item is unused and in perfect resaleable mint condition, we will issue a full refund less all shipping costs. To return an item for refund: You MUST contact us within 2 days of delivery confirmation of your order to be eligible for a refund and receive return authorization. After receiving authorization you must ship the item back to us within 7 days . We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost during the shipment process.
